Services Provided
Dealer Signal provides Google Business Profile optimization and visibility engineering services for auto and RV dealerships. Our services include:
- Entity alignment and category precision
- Sales inventory visibility optimization
- Proximity signal expansion
- AI recommendation signal engineering
- Targeted secondary landing pages
- Ongoing monitoring and adjustments
User responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your dealership.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized individuals.
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse-engingeer, copy, or misuse our methodologies or reports.
License to Use Our Services
Dealer Signal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services solely for your dealership’s legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our proprietary methods or reports without explicit permission.
Payment Terms
We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Payment is due according to the plan you select. All payments must be processed in full. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time. You may cancel anytime with no penalty. Upon termination, you must stop using our services immediately and settle any outstanding balance.
Upon termination, you are required to stop using our services immediately and, if applicable, return or delete any content or data that you have received through our services.
Limitation of Liability
Dealer Signal and its owners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any damages related to changes in your Google Business Profile visibility or search rankings.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealer Signal, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal action or dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
