In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount you have paid to Dealer Signal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within California United States.
Changes to Terms
Dealer Signal may modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of any significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.
